SMB (as defined herein) or Retail (as defined herein) merchant customers who sign a Toast Merchant Agreement Initial Order Form (“Initial Order”) with Toast, Inc. (“Toast”) in the United States for the first time between June 1, 2026 and June 30, 2026 (“New Customers”) through a Toast sales representative are eligible to receive a one-time discount of fifty percent (50%) on Toast hardware purchased in its Initial Order.

 

The discount may be applied once per New Customer and only on Hardware devices. This discount will expire on June 30, 2026 and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied toward any other fees. This is a limited time offer subject to change Toast reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel this promotion at any time.

 

“SMB” shall mean a merchant customer with less than fifteen (15) restaurant locations and that signs up for Toast through Toast’s small and midsize business channels.

 

“Retail” shall mean a merchant customer who purchases a Toast Retail Subscription with a minimum twelve (12) month term in its Initial Order.

Toast shall determine whether a merchant customer is considered an SMB or Retail merchant customer in its sole discretion.
